There are zero call-out fees for any location within 20km of Canning Vale. For locations outside the 20km radius, a small travel surcharge may apply, which is always agreed upon prior to booking.

My laptop is not turning on, can you recover my photos and documents?
I will do my best and it depends on the drive type and age but there are no guarantees. If the laptop fails to power on, data can usually be extracted directly from the internal storage drive so long as it can be read in BIOS.
Do you offer remote support, or only on-site visits?
Both! If your internet connection is functional and the issue is software-related, remote support can be provided immediately using a remote access program called AnyViewer. I will walk you through the process to set your mind at ease.
